Terms & Conditions
Arizona K-pop Dance Crew (AKDC)
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
Welcome to Arizona K-pop Dance Crew (“AKDC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at arizonakpopdancecrew.com, our class booking services, and your participation in our dance classes, workshops, private lessons, and related activities.
By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a class or service, or participating in an AKDC activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies or agreements presented during registration.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility and Minors
AKDC offers dance classes, workshops, and other activities for participants of different ages and experience levels.
Individuals under 18 must have the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required. A parent or legal guardian must complete applicable registrations, payment authorizations, consent forms, and liability waivers on behalf of a minor when required.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating relevant participation needs, and ensuring that minors follow applicable class rules and instructions.
2. Registration and Account Information
When registering for a class, workshop, private lesson, or event, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for:
Providing correct contact and registration details.
Reviewing class descriptions, schedules, pricing, and applicable policies before booking.
Keeping your booking or account information up to date.
Notifying us of errors or changes that may affect your registration.
AKDC may decline, cancel, or correct a registration when necessary to address inaccurate information, capacity limits, payment issues, safety concerns, or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law.
3. Bookings, Classes, and Services
Class and workshop availability, schedules, locations, instructors, prices, and formats may change from time to time.
AKDC currently uses Acuity Scheduling for bookings and Stripe for payment processing. We may introduce or transition to other booking or studio-management platforms, including Mindbody or Mariana Tek.
Your booking is subject to the details and policies displayed when you make your purchase or reservation. Please review the date, time, location, price, and any special instructions before completing a booking.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
A reservation is intended for the person registered.
Class capacity may be limited.
Participants must follow the instructions provided for their specific class or event.
A booking does not guarantee that a particular instructor, song, choreography, or class format will remain unchanged.
For private lessons, birthday parties, corporate events, and other separately arranged services, additional written terms or agreements may apply.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
Prices and payment requirements will be disclosed during booking or in the applicable service agreement.
Payment may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable provider to process the transaction using the payment method you supply.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Additional taxes or fees may apply when required by law or disclosed before purchase.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, credit, and refund eligibility may vary by class, workshop, private booking, package, or event.
The cancellation and refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase or in the applicable written agreement govern that booking. Please review those terms before completing payment.
If AKDC cancels or materially changes a class or event, we will communicate any available rescheduling, credit, or refund arrangements in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.
If you cannot attend a class or event, please contact AKDC as soon as possible. A missed class, late cancellation, or failure to attend does not automatically entitle you to a refund or replacement session.
For private bookings and special events, cancellation deadlines, deposits, travel fees, and other charges may be specified in a separate agreement.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Class Participation and Safety
Dance is a physical activity that may involve movement, coordination, cardiovascular exertion, and physical contact with the floor or other participants.
By participating, you acknowledge that dance activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries.
Participants are expected to:
Follow the instructor's directions and applicable safety instructions.
Participate within their individual abilities and comfort levels.
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear, or follow the class-specific requirements.
Keep the dance area free of personal belongings and other hazards.
Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants respectfully.
Inform the instructor or an appropriate AKDC representative of a safety concern.
Do not participate in activities that you believe are unsafe for you. You are responsible for considering your own physical condition and seeking professional medical advice when appropriate.
AKDC may modify an exercise, provide an alternative, or ask a participant to stop an activity if reasonably necessary for safety.
These Terms & Conditions are not a substitute for a separate participation waiver or informed consent document. Any waiver or additional safety agreement must be reviewed and accepted separately when required.
7. Participant Conduct
AKDC aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for people of different ages and experience levels.
Participants and accompanying guests must not engage in harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, violence, disruptive conduct, or behavior that compromises another person's safety or ability to participate.
Participants must respect the studio, venue, equipment, instructors, staff, and other attendees.
AKDC reserves the right to address misconduct, including by issuing a warning, restricting participation, or removing an individual from an activity when reasonably necessary. Any resulting cancellation, credit, or refund will be handled under the applicable booking terms and law.
8. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for completing required registration and consent documents for minors.
Unless a specific program or written arrangement states otherwise, parents and guardians should:
Ensure that the minor arrives at the correct location and time.
Provide accurate emergency contact information.
Communicate relevant safety or participation concerns to AKDC.
Follow any drop-off, pickup, supervision, and venue rules communicated for the activity.
AKDC's supervision arrangements may vary by venue and event. Parents and guardians should not assume that supervision extends beyond the scheduled activity or beyond the arrangements expressly communicated by AKDC.
9. Photos, Videos, and Recording
AKDC may create photographs or video recordings of classes, workshops, performances, or events for documentation, educational, promotional, or social media purposes.
Any consent or authorization required for the use of identifiable participant images, particularly images of minors, will be handled through applicable media releases, registration forms, or other consent procedures.
These Terms & Conditions do not, by themselves, constitute a separate media release or override a participant's applicable media preferences.
Participants may not photograph, record, livestream, or publish images of other participants in a way that violates their privacy, applicable venue rules, or a specific event's recording restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property and Choreography
AKDC's website and original business materials may include logos, written content, photographs, videos, instructional materials, class structures, training resources, and other intellectual property owned by or licensed to AKDC.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless AKDC gives prior written permission or applicable law permits the use, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit AKDC's proprietary materials.
Republish or distribute instructional videos or training materials.
Present AKDC-owned curriculum, training materials, or proprietary teaching methods as your own.
Use AKDC branding, logos, or business materials in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.
Record or redistribute paid instructional content in violation of the applicable class or content terms.
Participation in a class does not transfer ownership of AKDC's proprietary curriculum, training materials, or methods to the participant.
Dance choreography and music may be owned or controlled by third parties. Rights to perform, record, reproduce, or commercially use third-party choreography and music may be subject to separate permissions and applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and booking process may use or link to third-party services, including scheduling platforms, payment processors, social media, analytics providers, and other business tools.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. AKDC does not control all aspects of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operation, availability, or policies.
Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms provided by the relevant provider.

15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website, your material violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify AKDC for claims to the extent caused by AKDC's own conduct where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.

Any dispute concerning these Terms & Conditions will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Arizona, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
For changes requiring specific notice or consent, we will follow the applicable legal requirements.
